I, Me, Myself...

[taken in Paris, June 2001]

Hello there.

Probably the first question you might want to ask is why ~KiLLeR.BuNNiE~, such a vicious nickname? I got the idea for this nickname back in 1993, when I was still studying back in National University of Singapore (NUS). There was a story posted on the bbs on NUSVM, about this guy who crashed landed on some alien planet. He was hunting for food, when he chance upon a docile bunny munching on grass. Thinking that it was an easy prey, he tried to kill the bunny, only to be attacked viciously by the bunny in return. Morale of the story? Don't take the meek for easy target. Hence, the ~KiLLeR.BuNNiE~.

Actually, I'm more popularly known as bunbun, my nick in irc. I've been ircing for the past *count fingers* 8th year and I'm currently in my 9th year. I hang out in #bearyland, EFNet. Most of my friends are from the net, someway or other.

So ... what else about me? Hmmm ...

I'm going to be 29 this year, the last year I can claim to be in my late twenties.

I love to travel.

I love photography.

I love to bake.

Hmmm ...

Travel - I was one of those kids who are privileged enough to start traveling to various places from young. I've been to North America, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and most recently Western Europe. What about traveling that excites me? The chance to see new things, to touch what I have only read and seen in pictures before.

Photography - My Dad and my brother were into photography, so I picked up along the way. My first serious camera was a Nikon FM2 (on loan from my Dad) and currently, I'm using a Nikon F601. I have stopped taking photos for almost a decade, only doing it in recent years for some of my friends' weddings and my travel. Some of these photos are be viewed at here.

Baking - If you think you cannot bake, take confidence in that if _I_ can bake, so can you. I started off with the ready cake mix, and _only_ my dogs were willing to eat them. I moved on to recipes, and after a few failures (the cakes just WON'T rise), eventually something was edible! It takes patience and willingness to experiment with recipes.

Hmmm, when I can think of more, I'll add it in!
